Rates

A standard fee per 50 or 80 minute session is charged.  Please call for additional information.

Insurance
Most insurance companies are offering coverage for mental health services today.  We will file your insurance for you.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Is precertification or preauthorization required?

Payment
Cash, check and Mastercard/Visa credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Except in case of an emergency, a fee will be assessed if we do not receive 24-hour prior notification to cancel a scheduled appointment.
