Dell Christy Tyson RN, MA, LMFT, LPC
     Dell is a graduate of Rogers High School, is a Registered Nurse, holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, has a Masters Degree in Human Relations/Counseling Services and a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Ministries from Fuller Theological Seminary.  She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Registered Play Therapist.  She is a clinical supervisor.  She is a Clinical Member of the American and Arkansas Associations for Marriage and Family Therapy, a member of Arkansas and Northwest Mental Health Counselor's Association, and a member of the National Registry for Marriage Friendly Therapists.  Dell has worked as a counselor/therapist for over  26 years and has extensive experience in working with individuals, married couples and families.  She is married and has two grown children and five grandchildren.  She is an active member and board member of a Rogers church.

L. Brad Franklin, MA/MFT, LPC
     Brad is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years experience.  He holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Masters Degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth.  He is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is a clinical member of the Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas Mental Health Counselors Association.  Brad is a member of the National Registry for Marriage Friendly Therapists and is a licensed and ordained minister.  Brad is an active speaker and presents on numerous topics of spiritual, mental and emotional well-being.  Brad is married and has three daughters.  He is an active member of a Bentonville church.


Anne McCauley, M.Ed., LPC
     Anne has been in the mental health field for 30 years in capacities which include grant writer and program developer, manager of a day treatment facility, and alcohol education programming.  She has been a member of the Arkansas Crime Victims Mental Health Review Committee.  She has been in private practice as a counselor since 1990.  Anne provides counseling for individuals (children, teen and adults), and for couples and families.  Anne lives in Bentonville, AR, has two grown children and one grandchild, and is active in her church.


Judy Pufall, MS, LMFT, LPC
     Judy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor.  She has over 12 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families.  She earned her Bachelors Degree in Child Development and Family Life and her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.  Judy's clinical expertise is working with children and their families.  Judy works with issues that include depression, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit disorder, parent/child conflict, abuse, anger and grief.  She has training in Play therapy, which she uses with younger clients.  Judy is a Clinical Member of the Arkansas and American Association for Marriage and Family therapy.  She is also a Clinical Member of the Arkansas and Northwest Mental Health Counselors' Association.  Judy resides in Fayetteville with her husband and has two grown daughters.  She is active in a Rogers church.


Anita Young, M.Ed., LMFT, LPC
     Anita is a Licensed Professional Counselor with  17 years experience.  Her Bachelors Degree is from the University of Science and Arts in Oklahoma, and her Masters Degree is from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma.  She is a Certified Group Counselor.  She is a Clinical member of the Arkansas and American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.  She is a Clinical Member of the Arkansas and Northwest Association for Mental Health Counselors and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.  Anita and her husband live in Rogers and have three grown children, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  She is active in her Bentonville church and facilitates loss and grief support groups in the church.


Melissa Peck, MS, LMFT, LPC
     Melissa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years experience.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri, and a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.  Melissa is a Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and Arkansas and American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.  Melissa works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.  Melissa has extensive experience with the National healthy Marriage Initiative, writing and reviewing federal grants to support marriage education in community and faith-based organizations.  She is a registered instructor of Practical Application of Intimate Relationships Skills (PAIRS).  She and her husband reside in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and have three grown children and two grandchildren.  They have 20 years of full-time ministry experience, including teaching marriage education classes and seminars.  Melissa and her husband are active in the church they attend in Fayetteville, AR.


Phyllis Felkins, Office Manager
      Phyllis has been with Fresh Roots Family Counseling from its inception in 2005.  She brings with her 43 years experience serving in various capacities, including executive secretary, administrative assistant, and office manager.  She is an active member of a church in Hiwasse, Arkansas, serving as Worship Leader and Women's Ministry Director.  She and her husband reside in Gravette, Arkansas, and they have two sons, a daughter who preceded them in death, three grandsons, and two great-grandchildren.
